There are very few service providers, let alone real estate agents, that I have encountered in my life that were as thorough, professional, and client-centered as Mike Hirner. My wife and I used Mike in selling our home. From the very first interaction to the day we closed, Mike was absolutely the consummate professional. A friend highly recommended Mike Hirner to me when I bought my first condo in SJ. I couldn’t have been more pleased. He is professional and knowledgeable, not to mention nice and fun. For the buyer, he writes a meticulous offer that makes it hard for the seller to refuse. Case and point: he put in an offer for a condo in SF for my husband and me. The deal was streamlined and clean. There was another offer on the table for more money but with contingencies annoying to the seller. The seller’s agent came to Mike and said if we matched the other guy’s dollar offer, the condo was ours. Now we’re in our dream house and still loving it two years later! To get into this current place, my husband and I each sold our condos, his in SF, mine in SJ. Mike took care of those deals as well, so that makes four I’ve used him for. Mike taught us as sellers how to stage our properties to make them seem bigger and to make every house hunter want to live there. He also priced the properties just right, which is not just science but art. End result: my husband’s SF condo sold after one open house for 100% profit and my SJ condo sold in one month for 60% profit. What else can I say? Mike Hirner rocks!
